Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product should it be found to be faulty. Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

If your purchase is faulty please contact customer care at support@letthelightin.org and we will gladly issue a full refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase payment from our online merchant account.

Privacy Policy

We need to collect information from you to process your order and to e-mail you your certificate of purchase. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 we will never pass your details to a third party. We will never send you random marketing messages, or spam and we don't hold your credit card details. We may be using some technology to help us tell people about the campaign. If we do then these are called cookies, which would be dropped and stored on your browser. If you want, you can stop this happening by modifying the browser. When you visit our website some information may be recorded. This may be your server address and domain name (.co.uk etc.), your browser type, the previous site you visited, the time, the date, pages you looked at or any downloads you made. We collect this so we know numbers of people visiting sections of the site, so we know what's popular and what's not - so we can try and make it better for visitors.
